Installation
1. Site Conditions: Delays may incur additional charges. A new installation date may be required if site conditions change.
2. Damage Responsibility: Glas Meester is not liable for damage caused to property during installation, except for wilful misconduct.
3. Exclusions: This quote excludes all building, plastering, and paint work. Removal of waste materials can be arranged at additional cost.
Compliance and Acceptance
1. Glazing Compliance: All glazing will comply with SAGGA regulations. Certificates issued only after full payment.
2. Acceptance of Terms: These terms apply upon receipt of a 70% deposit. Changes in specifications may incur additional costs.
3. Validity: Quotes remain valid for 30 days and may be subject to price increases thereafter.
