Standard Terms and Conditions Guarantee

1. Warranty Coverage: Glas Meester provides a one-year guarantee against defects in workmanship or materials. Defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at no cost, at Glas Meester’s discretion.

2. Usage Requirements: To qualify for this guarantee, products must be used for their intended purpose and maintained

3. Guarantee Extension: Any repaired product retains the original guarantee period.

4. Exclusions: Misuse, neglect, or damage from unauthorized alterations are not covered.

5. Remedies: The exclusive remedy is limited to repair or replacement. Glas Meester’s liability will not exceed the invoiced price for the product.

6. Final Decisions: Glas Meester’s decisions regarding complaints are final.

7. Limitations: No other guarantees or representations are made. Liability for lost profits or special damages is excluded.

8. Geographical Limitation: The warranty applies only within South Africa. Products taken outside the country must be returned at the customer’s expense for warranty claims.

Supply Only Orders & Collection

1. Client Responsibilities: Clients must ensure their vehicle has suitable equipment and personnel for loading. 2. Collection Confirmation: A collection date must be mutually agreed upon, and Premium Aluminium will prepare the order for that date.

3. Grace Period: If collection is missed, a five-working-day grace period applies; thereafter, a storage fee of R450 (VAT inclusive) per day will be charged.

4. Installation Responsibility: Glas Meester is not responsible for installation work if the order is for supply only.

5. Call Out Fees: A "Call Out Fee" will apply for inspections of installations not executed by Glas Meester certified installers. 6. Payment Requirement: Release of goods requires 100% payment.
